This celebration includes a 2 hour cruise on the scenic Detroit River, featuring our Captain's Prime Rib dinner buffet: Carved Prime Rib, Chicken Picata, Crab Stuffed Salmon and Vegetarian Lasagna along with sides of Cheese Tortellini with Pesto Cream Sauce, Wild Rice, Caribbean Vegetable Medley, Chef's Choice of Potato, Assorted Salads, Dinner Rolls and Dessert.
There will be a cash bar available in case you would like to enjoy a few drinks while cruising or even just that after dinner treat!
