This two and a half hour cruise features Appetizer, Served Salad and a main meal featuring a Carving Station where our chefs will carve to order Prime Rib and Salmon along with Buffet Entrees of Baked Chicken and Marinated Portabella Mushrooms and sides of Cheese Tortellini, Steamed Fresh Vegetables, Chef's Choice of Potato, Michigan Tossed Salad with add-ons and Dessert.
